Issue few swatch playing cards (little bit thicker paper) and make trim card. Staple trims on the trim card. Or you can put trims inner small poly pouch and staple the pouch on the trim card. Sign on the trims as your approval.

If you have authorized strike offs for printing and embroidery or handwork, staple these approval on the swatch card.

Punch all archives and swatch playing cards with punching desktop and file them in the ring binder (production file) in a sequence of above list.

Prepare a test listing with above and restoration it on the inner the front cover. In the test sheet point out what is approved, what is looking ahead to for approval, what are pending to hand over etc.

Insert separator in between the archives (if it is a massive file with exclusive kind of documents)

Label the file with Style/Order Name, Buyer Name, Merchants name, File hand over date, deliberate reduce date and Ex-factory date.
