NOTE:- If measuring on arm of dress form, follow the same procedure allowing the same amount of ease.
CAP HEIGHT
Tie tape measure or tape around biceps of arm close to armpit. Measure from end of shoulder to top of tape, plus 1" ( 2.54 cm) for lowering of armhole and 1/2" (1.27cm) for sleeve cap ease.
SLEEVE LENGTH
Measure from end of shoulder over a bent elbow down to wrist.
BICEPS
Measure fullest part of arm plus 2" (5.08cm) for ease.
ELBOW
Measure over elbow bone plus 1" (2.54cm) for ease.
WRIST
Measure over wrist bone plus 1/4" (0.64cm) for ease.
